Compared to last week, a much lighter test this week after last week's heavy offering best test was on steers weighing 600-800 lbs trading steady on last week's active market, 600-700 lbs heifers sold steady to firm, with instances on a pot load weighing 670 lbs and part load weighing 685 lbs selling $3.00-5.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold steady to $3.00 higher with the most advance on the boning and lean cows. Supply included: 82 percent Feeder Cattle (63 percent Steers, 35 percent Heifers, 1 percent Bulls); 18 percent Slaughter Cattle (33 percent Steers, 8 percent Heifers, 51 percent Cows, 8 percent Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 82 percent.
