Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold uneven, from $6.00 lower to $4.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold $4.00 higher, bulls not tested; Demand uneven and supply moderate. Supply included: 85 percent Feeder Cattle (44 percent Steers, 47 percent Heifers, 8 percent Bulls); 4 percent Slaughter Cattle (96 percent Cows, 4 percent Bulls); 11 percent Replacement Cattle (79 percent Bred Cows, 21 percent Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 12 percent.
