RiceTec Announces 2020 Seed Sales
JONESBORO, ARK.
RiceTec kicks off the 2020 sales season with seven main products for growers, including its newest FullPage™ product line.
Two FullPage™ products are on sale for 2020: RT7321 FP, which has shown a +25 percent yield advantage versus CL153, and combined with a superior disease package, growers have seen improved grain retention and excellent ratoon potential*. Second, as part of the new generation of high-yielding RiceTec products, RT7521 FP delivers excellent yield potential and the ability to spread out harvest with a slightly later maturity of 117 days.
“FullPage will change the game for IMI tolerance in hybrids,” said Dr. Brian Ottis, RiceTec Global Development Lead. “Our new trait combination significantly improves herbicide tolerance for growers that like to use the maximum Preface rate (6 oz/ac/application). Both, RT7521 FP and RT7321 FP have shown outstanding yields the last two years.”
RiceTec will also offer the most widely grown long-grain rice in the US, CL XL745, which has all that growers demand; potential for excellent yield, superior milling quality, plus disease tolerance and grain retention, all with +22 percent yield advantage versus CL153*.
Growers also have access to RT7301 and XP753, that the latter of which has provided growers with the greatest net income potential of any competitive rice product in the marketplace. RT7301 will challenge XP753 as the highest-yielding conventional rice available with more than +22% yield advantage versus Diamond. RiceTec will also be offering a full lineup of levee seed products so that growers can maximize performance across the entire field.
All products offered by RiceTec this season aim to make positive impacts on farmers who are creating sustainable food through innovative seed technologies and growing systems provided by RiceTec.
In addition to its quality seed offerings, RiceTec offers a customer loyalty rebate** for the full season, meaning it applies to fall and spring seed purchases. Furthermore, RiceTec teamed with ADAMA to provide a rebate** to customers that buy at least 102 acres of FullPage seed along with the Preface and/or Postscript herbicides to cover it.
Growers also have the potential to earn up to a 5 percent rebate** by reaching the maximum purchase volume to qualify. Fall purchases are encouraged to ensure availability.
Lastly, RiceTec offers a seed return policy, a 100 percent stand guarantee policy and replant policy, all to achieve maximum customer satisfaction**.
