Compared to last week's large receipts of feeder cattle, a light offering of feeders this week were not tested, with most offerings selling in small groups, packages and singles. Slaughter cows accounted for 30 percent of the total receipts and sold $5.00-8.00 lower. Slaughter steers and heifers accounted for 12 percent of the receipts with feeders accounting for 58 percent. Feeder cattle consisted of 41 percent steers, 14 percent bulls, 45 percent heifers and 41 percent weighing over 600 lbs.
