Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 20 percent.

Compared to last week, there were too few feeders this week to test the market this week. Feeders were sold mostly in small packages, singles and small lots with demand light to moderate and supply light. Slaughter cows accounted for near 28 percent of the total receipts and sold fully steady to firm. Slaughter cows 28 percent, slaughter steers and heifers accounted for 9 percent, with the balance feeders. Feeder supply consisted of 28 percent steers, 27 percent feeder bulls, 45 percent heifers and 38 percent weighing over 600 lbs.
