Too small of an offering for a trend comparison do to wet weather and no bottom to the ground, undertones higher. Slaughter cows sold steady, bulls not establish; Demand good and supply very light. Cows made up approximately 13 percent of the run, 87 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 20 percent of the offering, 35 percent heifers with 45 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 16 percent.

Very light run due to weather again. Mostly steady, Saturday breeding stock sale sold 275 bred cows, heifers and cow calf pairs. Overall excellent quality. Buyer demand was good, prices were strong.

Compared to last week, feeders sold uneven, from $2.00 lower to $4.00 higher, except 500 lbs steers sold $12.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold $2.00 lower, bulls sold steady. Supply moderate to heavy. Cows made up approximately 6 percent of the run, 94 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 46 percent of the offering, 50 percent heifers with 5 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 59 percent.
