Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 30 percent.

Friday's auction was a Special Bred Cow and Pairs sale with very few feeders of anyone weight range to test the market, with majority of the feeders selling off the cows sold earlier in the day. Bred cows and pairs accounted for near 38 percent of the total receipts, slaughter cows accounted for near 25 percent of the total receipts and sold steady to firm with spots $2.00 higher, slaughter steers and heifers made up near 12 percent of the receipts with feeders accounting for 25 percent. Feeder supply consisted of 44 percent steers and bulls, 56 percent heifers and 30 percent weighing over 600 lbs.
