Cows made up approximately 16 percent of the run, 84 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 26 percent of the offering, 51 percent heifers with 23 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 19 percent.

Compared to the last special two weeks ago, steer calves weighing 450-550 lbs sold mostly steady to $3.00 lower, with 550-700 lbs trading mostly $5.00 lower, over 700 lbs were not well tested. Feeder heifers weighing 400-600 lbs sold $3.00-5.00 lower with weights over 600 lb lightly tested. Demand was moderate to good with supply moderate. Slaughter cows sold steady to $2.00 lower. Bulk of the receipts was calves weighing 400-650 lbs, many of the calves were carrying flesh and more showing on the heifer calves. Slaughter cows accounted for near 18 percent of the receipts. Feeder supply consisted of 55 percent steers and bulls, 45 percent heifers and 42 percent weighing over 600 lbs.
