Compared to last week, steers and heifers under 700 lbs sold $3-10 higher, the offering over 700 lbs sold steady to $3 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold $1 higher. Demand good and supply moderate. Cows made up approximately 7 percent of the run, 93 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 67 percent of the offering, 26 percent heifers with 6 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 48 percent.

Supply moderate on a feeder special, mostly weaned 550-850 lbs steers and 500-700 lbs heifers, near 54 percent steers and bulls, 36 percent heifers, 10 percent cows and 44 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows compared to last week steady to $1 higher.
