Compared to last week, 700 lbs steers and 500 lbs heifers sold $6 higher, the rest of the offering sold $9-15 lower. Slaughter cows sold $3 lower and bulls sold $9 lower. Demand uneven and supply light. Cows made up approximately 16 percent of the run, 84 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 53 percent of the offering, 37 percent heifers with 9 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 32 percent.

Lighter run this week, market hard to test. Where there were enough to compare it appeared strong to higher on most all weights. We are going to call it $5 as much as 25 higher on some weights.
