   Compared to last week, light supply of feeder steer calves firm and heifer calves firm to $10 higher. Demand good to very good. Supply light, mostly small packages of calves, near 42 percent steers and bulls, 23 percent heifers, 30 percent cows, 5 percent slaughter steers and heifers and 10 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows firm to $2 higher.

   Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold $2-13 higher, except 400 lbs heifers they sold $6 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold $3 higher; Demand uneven and supply light. Cows made up approximately 10 percent of the run, 90 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 44 percent of the offering, 43 percent heifers with 13 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 36 percent.
