Two Beef Cow/Calf Meetings Set For Illinois Producers

TEUTOPOLIS, ILL.
   Cow-calf producers and others interested in cattle production will find valuable, research based information at the upcoming beef cow/calf meeting in Teutopolis.
   University of Illinois Extension and Crossroads Beef Producers and co-sponsors US Feeds, Keifer Farms, and AnimalHealthSupply.com will be hosting a Beef Cow/Calf meeting on March 26, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Kountry Kitchen, 105 E. Main St., Teutopolis. Sign-in will begin at 5:45 p.m. and dinner will start promptly at 6:00 p.m.
   Travis Meteer and Teresa Steckler, both U of I Extension Educators in Commercial Agriculture, will provide cow-calf producers with up-to-date topics that can influence cattle profitability. Teresa will discuss herd health considerations.

   Waterloo, Ill.

   University of Illinois Extension and Monroe County Cattleman Association are sponsoring a Beef Cow/Calf Meeting on March 25, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Monroe County Annex; 901 IL. Ave, Waterloo.  Sign-in will begin at 5:00 p.m., dinner at 5:20 and the program will start promptly at 6:00 p.m.
