Compared to last week, steer calves weak to $5 lower, spots $10 lower on 500-600 lbs and heifer calves steady to weak. Demand light to moderate, best on weaned offerings with shots. Supply moderate, mostly 500-700 lbs calves, near 48 percent steers and bulls, 40 percent heifers, 12 percent cows and 30 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows steady to firm.

Compared to last week, 700 lbs heifers and the steer offering sold steady to $10 higher, the rest of the heifer offering sold steady to $9 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady and bulls sold $4 higher. Demand uneven and supply moderate. Cows made up approximately 8 percent of the run, 92 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 60 percent of the offering, 35 percent heifers. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 54 percent.
