Supply light, mostly 500-700 lbs calves, near 60 percent steers and bulls, 25 percent heifers, 15 percent cows and 26 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows compared to last week, mostly steady.

   Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold uneven, from $8 higher to $6 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady, bulls sold $2 higher. Demand uneven and supply moderate. Cows made up approximately 16 percent of the run, 84 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 47 percent of the offering, 40 percent heifers with 13 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 24 percent.

Steers made up approximately 50 percent of the offering, 33 percent heifers with 16 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 23 percent.
