Compared to two weeks ago, steer and heifer calves under 500 lbs mostly steady and over 500 lbs $5-10 lower. Demand moderate to good. Supply light, mostly 450-750 lb offerings, near 42 percent steers, 38 percent heifers, 15 percent cows, 5 percent slaughter steers and heifers and 40 percent mostly heifers over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows compared to last week, firm to $5 higher.

Compared to last week, steers sold $2-9 higher, heifers sold steady to $1 higher. Slaughter cows sold $3 higher, bulls sold steady. Demand good and supply light. Cows made up approximately 23 percent of the run, 77 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 40 percent of the offering, 47 percent heifers with 13 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 24 percent.

Steers made up approximately 41 percent of the offering, 37 percent heifers. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 26 percent.
