2023 River Hills Antique Tractor Club Plow Day
The 2023 River Hills Antique Tractor Club’s annual Plow Day was held on November 11, 2023. The event started at 10 am at Dan Lankford and son Alex’s farm on Kaskaskia Island. The tractors and plows came in a wide variety of name brands and sizes. Alex Lankford brought his Seaman 100 hp industrial tractor hooked to a pull type plow. There was a good-sized crowd of spectators taking advantage of the excellent opportunity to watch the 22 antique tractors going back to work in the field and having fun doing it! We are thankful for the local church ladies giving their time and talents overseeing the food tent!
